Every mattress comes with a 5-year warranty.

A 10-year extended warranty is available for an additional cost.

Zip Off Pillow Top

Our pillow tops zip off so that when you turn your mattress you just unzip the pillow top, turn your mattress and re-zip it on to the top side.

 You should change your mattress every 10 years even though it may seem in good condition.

Over the past 10 years you may have changed physically. Weight gain or loss, minor or major ailments and ageing can all change your sleeping requirements.

Your mattress should be used in conjunction with a suitable foundation.

A sprung foundation is preferred, but a flat slat foundation is acceptable if the slats are no greater than 50mm apart. A European ‘Bowed’ slat foundation is not recommended and will void your mattress warranty.

You should turn your mattress over and rotate from head to foot on a regular basis to ensure even wear and maximum sleeping area is used.

Use of a mattress protector will help to keep your mattress in good condition.

Slight body impressions are normal and may appear even in a new mattress. Correct rotation is necessary to minimise this type of wear.
